  Solid building with top-tier amenities. The only downside is the wind on the Southbank Boulevard side which can be quite strong at street level. Inside the building is quiet and well-insulated. Management handles issues professionally. Great option if you want the best of Southbank living.

  The views from the upper floors are simply unreal — on a clear day you can see all the way to the You Yangs. The building facilities are genuinely world-class and well maintained.
