  Good value for a well-located inner city building. Management has been proactive about building upkeep and the common areas are clean and maintained. Docklands is still developing as a suburb but there is enough around to be comfortable. Good starting point for first-time city renters.

  Docklands gets a bad reputation that it does not always deserve and Lacrosse is a good example — solid building, good management, and reasonable rents for how close you are to the CBD. The foreshore is a nice place to walk in the morning and the tram to the city is right there.

  Lacrosse has come a long way since the issues of years past and deserves to be reassessed.
