Very good apartment building with excellent Yarra River frontage. Crown is close which some residents find noisy on weekends but it has not bothered us on higher floors. River views from the balcony never get old — watching the rowing crews on the Yarra at dawn is a uniquely Melbourne experience. The building is well managed and common areas are always in good condition. Queensbridge Square restaurants make dinner planning easy. Solid luxury development.
